  5. Diastasis recti-specific exercises: A variety of exercises to target the abdominal muscles and improve diastasis recti, including exercises for strengthening, toning, and stability.

  6. Modifications and progressions: Strategies for modifying exercises to meet the needs and goals of individual clients, as well as techniques for progressing exercises as clients’ abilities improve.

  7. Integrating diastasis recti exercises into a comprehensive fitness program: Tips for incorporating diastasis recti exercises into a well-rounded fitness routine, including considerations for other areas of the body such as the back, pelvis, and pelvic floor.

  8. Common mistakes and pitfalls: Common mistakes to avoid when performing diastasis recti exercises, as well as strategies for overcoming challenges and setbacks.

    • The course attendee will understand how to better manage their Diastasis. When to start to progress For your favourite sport or at the moment home exercise program such as Yoga or the Peloton and how to handle the risks associated with it. Following this most importantly understand when you need to revisit your fundamentals and why.
